Full Wedding Planning

For the couple who wants to have the ultimate wedding planning experience. You’re busy living a fabulous life, and you need a professional to build & execute one of the biggest days of your life. That’s where we come in!

Services begin upon booking, and we meet you where you are in your planning journey. That means, whether you are just engaged, or already picked & booked your venue or a handful of your vendors, we’ll be here to support you from here on out.

Pricing is custom to each event, but is best suited for couples planning to spend at least $400 per guest.

Wedding Management

For the couple who wants to DIY, but still needs someone to execute their ideal day. Sometimes you want to plan your own wedding, but you know you’ll need help during the month leading up to your wedding and on the day-of. We can take care of that for you! 

We have our own signature formula that ensures a smooth, clear process during the final days before your wedding, and a full team to help make it happen.

Service begins 45 days before your wedding. Pricing is custom to each event, but begins at around $2,200.

Hourly Consulting

Event planning can be overwhelming. Take an hour (or several) to pick the brain of our lead planner & ask any questions you may have. You may be concerned about a particular contract before booking a vendor, need help in allocating your budget, or maybe you just want a second opinion on your design plan. Whatever it is, we’ll help answer your questions, judgement-free.

$150 per hour, or book five sessions for $600.

We’ll reach out to gauge what you want to chat about, and we are happy to review light materials beforehand.

Social Events

Our magic touch isn’t just reserved for weddings. With our endless supply of creativity & expertise at curating signature gatherings, we can jump on board for any event.

Work with our lead planner to design, plan, and execute an intentional, custom event. From family events, to summer socials, to a week of adventure for your closest friends, and everything in between.

Pricing is custom to every event based on budget, scope, and planning timeline.

Corporate Events

We’re not just wedding pros - we’re event pros. With more than 50 non-wedding events under our belt, you could say we’ve got event production down to a science.

Whether you’re planning your company’s elaborate holiday celebration, your newspaper’s next awards presentation & dinner, or the next big team-building retreat (or anything in between), we’ve got the knowledge, processes & team to make it happen - so you can take all the credit, without the stress.

Stationery Design

Custom details that incorporate your story & begin your wedding experience. Semi-custom or fully custom options available, as well as holiday & occasion cards.

We have a signature process so you know exactly what’s happening when, and typically receive a few design options for your personal input.

How do I know what I need?

What’s my investment going to be? 

For weddings, our smallest package starts at $2,200 while a couple looking for full-service planning should plan to invest about $400 per guest. If you’re unsure about what you need or if we fit your budget, let’s have a conversation.

For social & corporate, pricing is custom based on your budget, scope of event, and planning timeline.

Do you only service weddings?

Nope! We love all types of events, and love the opportunity to be creative in so many avenues. We have a strong portfolio of many events – company holiday parties, cross-country expos, retreats, conferences, educational panels, awards presentations, cocktail networking events, and so much more. We’re well-versed in AVL, negotiating with venues and vendors, guest communication & registration, and managing large guest counts. We often become an extension the team for our corporate clients, and are returned for several events throughout the year for our special hosts who love to gather. So, let’s discuss your event & how we can make it happen!

Yes! We are experienced designers who love to create unique and timeless events for our clients. We currently package this with our planning services.

Great question! Our wedding planning services are custom to every client. We meet you where you are in your planning journey. So, whether you’re coming to us with a blank slate or with a few vendors booked, we will be there to guide the process based on where you’re starting. When does your wedding management start? 

While we recommend booking a year in advance, our management services start 45 days before your event. We reach out ahead of time to collect documents & information, that way we’re ready to roll on your kickoff date.
