Airport

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)

Flying to Nola

From MHT: American Airlines and Southwest both offer connecting flights to MSY from MHT. You can expect a total trip of 5-6 hours including the connection.

From BOS: Direct flights are available with Jetblue, Delta and Spirit. American Airlines offers many connecting flights, most of which connecting through ATL.

The airport is located 19.3 miles from the Garden District, about 25 minutes away from the airport.

Ride Share

Uber and Lyft are very available in New Orleans. Ride app services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 baggage claim on the middle curb. To ride with Uber, exit doors 9-11. To ride with Lyft, exit doors 7-9.

Taxi

Taxis pick up passengers in a dedicated taxi loading zone on the Arrivals Curb outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim door 7. Taxi rides cost $36 for up to 2 passengers. For 3 or more passengers, the fare will be $15 per passenger. Taxis accept credit card payments.

Ride share is recommended in getting around the city due to limited parking. There are also public transportation options, including the historic St. Charles Street Car to get around the Garden District.
